Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Current Oregon RN License Required Certifications: BCLS Required Must-Have: - Must have own transportation - COVID vaccination primary series and one booster required - Oasis experience required Description: Home Health RN position available in a designated region. This role requires providing care and management for home health patients. The RN will work primarily during the day with an 8-hour shift. The nurse is expected to see up to 6 patients per day while maintaining a 1:1 ratio. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. Experience in home health is necessary, with a minimum expectation of 1 year. Travelers will not be required to float between facilities. Weekend work is not required for this position. The RN will utilize EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover for charting. Business casual attire is acceptable; scrubs are allowed but not required. Travelers can expect some driving, with a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles daily. The expected productivity point standard is 30 points per day. References are required as part of the compliance process prior to starting the assignment.
