Overview Sentara Vascular Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Specialty Resource Coordinator to provide high‑level support to physicians and advanced practice clinicians. The role maximizes provider efficiency, patient satisfaction, and access by coordinating and adjusting daily resources for all practice providers across multiple offices and hospitals. Location & Schedule Location: Virginia Beach, VA Work shift: First (Days) Responsibilities Coordinate cases and consultations autonomously, understanding specialty complexities and provider expertise. Interpret and manage intricate call schedules across multiple locations, communicating with stakeholders effectively. Adapt and reallocate resources as needed to support provider productivity and operational efficiency. Proactively organize work, track outcomes, and prevent issues. Execute schedules with precision and apply knowledge of medical terminology. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of clerical experience. Prior experience in surgery scheduling or related preferred.
