Match Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Fryer Operator for a manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial frying equipment according to production schedules.
• Ensure products are cooked to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor fryer temperatures, oil levels, and cooking times.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Load and unload products while maintaining production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with company and food safety guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with general production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial fryers or similar processing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a warm environment and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
