At last 5-7 years of NP experience preferably in long-term care setting required (NOT including RN or training experience)

Minimum of one (1) year working with the frail and/or elderly population required

Not accepting new graduates

Not accepting Locums candidates

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• ANCC/AANP Board Certified - REQUIRED

• IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• 5-7 years of NP experience, preferably in long-term care not including RN or training experience (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED

• Minimum of 1 year working with the frail and/or elderly population (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED

• BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• CSR/CDS Certification (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• Clean/Clear malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
