About this Position:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have the time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With a maximum of 10 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering personalized care without the burden of overwhelming caseloads. We also offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region. With over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required

• What patient populations will I work with? Youll work with a diverse outpatient population, including patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, balance and mobility challenges, chronic conditions, and other functional impairments. Youll help patients improve independence, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
