Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities Oversee capital improvement and maintenance projects across a multi‑site real estate portfolio. Manage projects from initial assessment through execution and closeout, ensuring quality delivery, cost control, and minimal operational disruption. Lead onsite property assessments, identify deficiencies, and scope required work across building exteriors, site conditions, and infrastructure elements. Develop project scopes, create and issue RFPs, evaluate vendor bids, and award work. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, vendors, schedules, budgets, validate completed work, and approve invoices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including contractors, engineers, and vendors. The role requires a construction‑focused mindset, the ability to interpret drawings, assess building conditions, and execute projects efficiently across multiple locations with regular travel between sites. Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction project management or facilities project management Experience managing projects end‑to‑end (scoping, bidding, execution, closeout) Strong background in vendor management, RFP creation, and bid evaluation Ability to manage multiple projects across different sites simultaneously Experience conducting facility or property condition assessments Working knowledge of construction practices, building systems, and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience supporting multi‑site real estate portfolios Background in commercial or residential construction project management Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
