Construction Project Manager

Your work will include: Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and forecasts Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, engineering and field teams Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts and scopes of work Managing procurement, change orders, invoicing and project costs Identifying project risks and driving solutions Communicating directly with customers throughout the project Traveling to project sites for kickoffs, major milestones and closeout Helping deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget What We're Looking For We're interested in Project Managers who have managed complex construction or capital projects. Strong backgrounds may include: Industrial construction | Manufacturing | Process facilities | EPC | Biofuels | Renewable energy | Chemical | Food & beverage manufacturing | Oil & gas | Power | Heavy commercial construction | Healthcare construction | Higher education construction | Civil/Federal Construction Ideally, you'll bring: 2-3+ years of project management experience Experience owning budgets, schedules, contracts and project execution Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and/or engineering teams Ability to read construction or engineering drawings Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field OR equivalent hands-on project experience Experience with P&IDs, AutoCAD, industrial process facilities or large capital projects is a plus, but you do not need to check every box to be considered.
