About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Retirement, Bank/Wire Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the Pacific Northwest Territory, specifically the Washington and Oregon market. This role involves close collaboration with the Divisional Vice President, an aligned Internal Wholesaler, and a Sales Support Specialist to execute a targeted territory sales plan. The RVP must have a deep understanding of the company's retirement products, marketing, and resources, and be adept at using sales effectiveness data, marketing tools, and technology to support territory development. A key aspect of the role is the proper adoption and execution of the sales process to maximize territory sales, including a strong focus on new producer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing producers. The position requires 80% field travel and a robust experience in working with sales data, territory metrics, and CRM tools. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a high school diploma, with a college degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years' prior wholesaling experience in the bank and/or wirehouse distribution channels is required, along with FINRA 6 or 7, 63, and Life and Health licenses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent knowledge of the advisor community and industry, and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. The role demands a history of producer contacts in the territory, the ability to meet sales goals, and a strong understanding of key retirement products.
