Jewelry Sales Associate As a Jewelry Sales Associate at Diamonds Direct, you will step into a role that offers a unique blend of luxury, creativity, and customer‑focused service. Product Knowledge: Utilize extensive knowledge of our inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed, personalized choices. Sales Process: Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow‑through after the sale. Organizational Skills: Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process. Professionalism: Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance that reflects the high standards of Diamonds Direct.
