Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This opportunity offers the chance to manage and service a book of small business commercial accounts in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships while providing comprehensive account management and renewal support. Responsibilities Manage a book of small business commercial accounts, providing A‑Z account servicing. Handle all aspects of account renewals and ongoing client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact. Quote and process renewal business using AMS360. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient account management and exceptional client service. Qualifications / Requirements Holds an active P&C insurance license. Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Lines insurance experience. Captive agency experience is acceptable. Agency‑side Commercial Lines experience is preferred. Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred. Strong client service, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience. Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
