Must have at least 6 months of experience as an NP in a given specialty

Requirements o f the Nurse Practitioner :

• Must have an active NY State License
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have at least 6 months of experience as an NP in a given specialty
• Prior pulmonary experience is preferred
