Operations Specialist

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model, and the Operations Specialist plays a vital role by maintaining organizational compliance and facilitating data collection and analysis to improve the quality of care for our participants.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for building and managing critical operating infrastructure for WelbeHealth. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

Essential Job Duties :

• Build critical operating infrastructure while ensuring standardization across markets
• Manage operations initiatives across all areas of the business, for example market
  operations, clinical operations, and outreach/enrollment
• Identify potential areas for standardization and/or process improvement projects
• Initiate and manage projects effectively and efficiently and interfacing with key roles
  (internal and external)
• Support the operations team with data gathering and generating relevant reports that
  support operational improvement and excellence

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or four years' of professional experience
• Minimum of two years' of experience in project management and/or operations
  improvement role
• Passion for process - both the creation of process where it does not exist, and the
  improvement of existing processes that could be better
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plug into various functions within an organization,
  learn on the fly and dive into the details when needed

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
