Position Overview Position: Full‑Time Teller (Retail Bank) – Montgomeryville, PA (North Wales branch). The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. PNC is an in‑office company that supports collaboration and professional growth. Job Responsibilities Process a wide range of customer interactions and perform lobby engagement to connect with patrons. Educate customers on available banking products, alternative financial solutions, and technology tools. Identify banking opportunities and refer appropriate customers to branch staff. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues. Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations, including transaction accuracy and efficiency, are maintained. Qualifications Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Accurate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of customer needs and ability to leverage technology for service delivery. Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention best practices. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a university degree is not required. Prior experience in a teller or customer service role is not required, but a combination of education, certification, and prior service may be considered. No required certifications or licenses.
