Medical Assistant I: Patient Care & Clinic Support

The University of Alabama

The University of Alabama's University Medical Center Northport is seeking a Medical Assistant I to support nurses and nurse practitioners in a busy clinic. You will triage patients, check vital signs, and perform venipuncture to help ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of healthcare experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed, and HIPAA compliance is essential.
