What Youll Do

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering a seamless dealership experience.

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Provide general administrative and front desk support
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
