With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job DescriptionPay InformationBase Pay Range: $21/HR - $26.26/HRShift Differential: $1/HR2nd Shift3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday-ThursdayResponsibilities:Review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing on a Digital Press.Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue.Monitor the quality of job output for correctness and image quality.Utilize bindery equipment to complete jobs (cutter, tabletop folder, creaser, shrink tunnel).Package jobs and prepare for shipping.Review electronic files that are received from clients and check them for thoroughness and completeness in advance of the plate making processIdentify missing or problematic components and communicate them to the Customer Service Reps, customer(s), and production personnelWork directly with Customer Service Reps, customer(s), and production personnel as necessary to work out any problems with the jobMay prepare color proofs for customer review.QualificationsGood understanding of digital file formats (pdf, tiff, eps) from different operating systems (Mac and PC) is requiredBasic color management skills and the ability to work with different digital formats are required. Must have the ability to output digital files to various output devices; must have the ability to continue to learn and use new graphics software on an ongoing basisMechanical skills using small hand tools in order to make minor repairs, perform maintenance, and set up equipment is required.Additional InformationThe national pay range for this role is $21.00/hr to $26.26/hr + $1/hr Shift Differential. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
