Warehouse Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to join our client's team in Providence, RI. This W2 contract is set to last one year and is fully onsite. Responsibilities Support daily operations to ensure an efficient and well-maintained storage yard and warehouse environment. Conduct regular yard inspections and report housekeeping or corrective actions to the Yard Manager. Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel, contractors, and visitors onsite. Assist with equipment mobilization/demobilization activities for offshore projects. Monitor stock levels of equipment, consumables, rigging, lifting gear, and spare parts. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and fit for operational use. Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and container handling activities. Carry out small maintenance tasks across the yard and warehouse facilities. Requirements Basic computer skills (MS Office) Forklift license or willing to obtain one Eligible for and willing to obtain a TWIC card Good command of written and spoken English Must live within commutable distance to Providence, RI #J-18808-Ljbffr
