Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst
Required Skills & Experience: Prioritize candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong SQL and data transformation experience
- Experience building and validating analytical datasets and data models
- Tableau Cloud, Power BI, or equivalent BI experience
- Evidence of owning projects end-to-end
- Strong communication and stakeholder-facing experience
- Experience using AI tools in their regular workflow
- Python experience as a bonus
- Thinks like an analytics engineer, not only a report developer
- Can independently investigate ambiguous data problems and drive them to resolution
- Understands how data should be structured, transformed, validated, and delivered
- Can comfortably switch between technical implementation and stakeholder conversations
- Takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks
Job Description: We are seeking a highly technical Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, business intelligence, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with SQL, transforming and validating data, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering directly with business stakeholders. The primary focus of this role is data modeling, analytics engineering, data quality, and end-to-end project ownership. With manager and team support, this individual will independently own projects from initial requirements gathering through solution design, development, validation, iteration, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
