The anesthesia team comprises 18 clinicians, with MDs on-site providing minimal supervision for CRNAs. Temporary privileges are available with a clean file, and credentialing typically takes 60 to 90 days. About the Facility Location Terre Haute, Indiana is a mid-sized city in western Indiana with a low cost of living and easy access to Indianapolis. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide anesthesia services at an OR facility under a supervision model, working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
