Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support daily Embrex (in-ovo vaccination) operations

· Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for all Embrex equipment

· Accurately mix vaccines according to company and manufacturer guidelines

· Monitor machine performance and address basic troubleshooting needs

· Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and equipment

· Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, expectations, and safety reminders

· Assign tasks and ensure team coverage throughout the shift

· Support and enforce company policies, including My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) and other safety initiatives

· Maintain production and vaccination accuracy records using basic computer systems

· Support hatchery production flow and assist in other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

· Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)

· General math and writing skills

· Ability to reach, lift, and work in a physically active environment

· This includes but is not limited to:

· Bending and twisting motions

· Repetitive reaching and lifting of a maximum of 40 lbs.

· Requires constant standing and walking

· Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures

· Ability to work independently and manage a team

· Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)

Schedule

· Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

· Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM

· Note: Shift may run longer or shorter based on production needs
