Delivery DriverC J Creek Logistics LLC is an DSP known for its exceptional delivery performance operating out of Warehouse DTN6. As a Delivery Driver with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and safely.Location Address: DTN6 at 710 Myatt Dr, Madison, TN 37115Compensation: $21.25+ / hour (paid biweekly)10-hour shifts are typical4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical - at least one weekend day is required.Expect daytime shift with future potential to work Mid-day shift due to business needsA minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal breakOpportunity for performance incentives and bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment401(k) matchingWhy Drive with Us:Set Schedule: Enjoy a consistent work routine without the fluctuations of an on-demand roleCompany-Provided Vehicle: Drive a reliable and well-maintained company vehicle, eliminating the need for personal vehicle useSupportive Culture: Benefit from a positive and supportive company culture that values employee well-beingCompetitive Compensation: Enjoy competitive wages and benefitsResponsibilities of a Delivery Driver:Successfully handle and deliver packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleQualifications:Must be at least 21 years old.Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.Must pass a background checkAbility to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours long.Ability to safely operate and navigate a van up to gross weight 10,000 lbs.Ability to effectively operate a GPS and additional handheld technology.Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
