Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor at Encompass Health, you’ll lead a team of RNs and LPNs in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. You will coordinate staffing, oversee clinical workflows, and support nurses in managing complex rehab patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, or other major conditions. Partner closely with physicians and therapists on interdisciplinary care plans, monitor quality indicators, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll coach and mentor staff, support onboarding and training, and help cultivate a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on excellent outcomes.
