Gromax is seeking an experienced Toolmaker Wire EDM Specialist or Precision Grinder to join our custom tooling team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can read prints hold tight tolerances and solve complex manufacturing challenges. We are especially interested in candidates with Wire EDM expertise or manual horizontal grinding experience . Unlike traditional centerless grinding environments our work focuses on precision tooling and complex square components.

Responsibilities

• Build repair and maintain tooling dies fixtures and gauges
• Operate precision machining and grinding equipment
• Program and operate Wire EDM equipment (where applicable)
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect components to tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot tooling and manufacturing issues

Qualifications

• Tool & Die Toolmaker Precision Machining Grinding or Wire EDM experience
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
