The team advises on a wide range of financings in the power and infrastructure space, with renewables and energy transition work making up a growing share of the docket. What you’ll work on Construction and term loan financings for solar, wind, storage and other infrastructure projects Tax equity and tax credit transfer structures Acting for banks, sponsors and project companies across the full life of a deal Collateral packages and closing mechanics on secured financings Broader corporate finance work with an energy focus The group is collaborative and busy, and mid-level associates are given real ownership of deals early on.
