Store Operations & Guest Experience Lead

Five Below

Five Below is seeking a Store Leadership team member in Kennewick, WA to supervise crew, ensure excellent customer service, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of management experience.

Strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are essential. Flexible schedule including weekends is required to support store operations and guest satisfaction.
