In this role, you'll use established tools, processes, and training to assist with coordinating travel plans, tracking important details, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll work independently while ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and a high standard of service.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate travel logistics, timelines, and booking details Assist with organizing transportation, accommodations, and related arrangements Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm key information Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed Maintain organized digital records and documentation Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness Support smooth workflow by keeping all tasks on schedule
