Strategic CI Leader for Operational Excellence

3M is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to partner with the Knoxville site leadership to set short-term strategic direction and drive site-wide CI initiatives, opportunities across production, materials, ERP, and information flows. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in operations leadership, 3 years leading kaizen events, Lean/Six Sigma credentials, and a proven ability to mentor teams.
