Location: 6517 US-41 ALT, Pleasant View, TN
Pleasant View Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic childcare team member to join our supportive and welcoming environment. If you love working with children and want to be part of a center that values both its families and its staff, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and engage children in both indoor and outdoor activities
- Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
- Observe and document children’s progress and daily routines
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in childcare is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the day
- Willingness to obtain and pass a background check
- A team player with a passion for early childhood education
