Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position requires providing quality care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
Support the nursing team in providing quality patient care
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Participate in orientation and training sessions as required
Assist with medication administration as directed by nursing staff
Floating to different units as necessary

Shift Information

This position involves working in a memory care unit and general resident care areas. Shifts available include:

36 to 48 hours per week
Rotating shifts including day and overnight
Floating may be required to cover varying needs across multiple areas

Requirements

Valid CNA license; temp license acceptable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated compassion and dedication to resident care
Availability for orientation and training sessions

Location

Position available in a facility located in City, State .

Additional Information

Candidates with more than two call-off occurrences may be subject to termination. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standard of care we provide to our residents.
