Your Role

• Assess patients and create tailored care plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques to enhance mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
• Address a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, including post-operative recovery and balance disorders.
• Work collaboratively with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercise routines, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
