Modern of Nissan of Lake Norman is seeking an experienced, high-energy Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who knows how to build a winning sales team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive dealership profitability.

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in developing our sales team, maximizing sales performance, and helping create a dealership culture built on professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a confident, ethical, and results-driven automotive leader who understands that great results come from developing great people.

Minimum 2 years of automotive Sales Manager experience.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
A management style centered on respect, accountability, coaching, and employee development.
Strong commitment to ethical business practices and exceptional customer service.
Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
Stable work history and a track record of success.
High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
CDK and V-Auto experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment.
