Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN specializing in Med Surg to join the team in Weatherford, TX. This 13-week assignment offers an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to provide care within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Med/Tele and be prepared to work rotating weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Med Surg

• Provide specialized care in Med/Tele for a diverse patient population
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Initiate IVs, perform NG tube insertions, and conduct Foley catheter placements
• Perform dressing changes and assist with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Demonstrate competence in nursing practices and adhere to facility policies
• Supervise other staff as designated within the department

Requirements of the Travel RN - Med Surg

• Active TX RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2+ years of specialty experience in Med/Tele required
• 2+ years of hospital experience required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
