Content Marketing SpecialistWe're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and run our end-to-end content engine. From planning through to delivery, performance, and optimisation.You'll lead our Industries & Services marketing system, delivering high-quality B2B content including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content aligned to commercial priorities.This is a high-ownership role for someone who is highly organised, able to quickly understand and work with complex ideas and information, and an exceptional writer. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, industries, and workstreams maintaining momentum and ensuring everything connects and delivers.Content sits at the centre of how we build credibility, differentiate in priority markets, and drive commercial impact.This role is critical to:Maintain a consistent, high-quality content pipelineActivate priority industries and services effectivelyEnsure marketing output is aligned and commercially relevantTurn strategy and insight into execution at paceKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end content pipeline across thought leadership, case studies and campaignsManage a structured content calendar aligned to business prioritiesWork with subject matter experts to extract, structure, and refine content into market-ready outputMaintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and messaging consistencyTranslate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant marketing contentOwn the publishing process, including uploading and managing content on the websiteBrief and collaborate with designers to develop supporting creative assets aligned to contentUse AI tools to accelerate content development while maintaining qualityPerformance & optimisationTrack content and campaign performanceIdentify opportunities to improve output and effectivenessOptimise messaging, channels, and content based on insightContent alignment across the businessBring structure to how content is developed, shared, and reusedEnsure consistency in messaging and avoid duplicationIdentify opportunities to amplify content across the organisationStakeholder managementWork closely with Partners and subject matter experts to extract insightManage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentumBring clarity and structure to a complex environmentWhat we're looking forExceptional writing and editorial abilityStrong command of written English, with precision and authorityHighly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExecution-focused, with a strong bias toward deliveryComfortable working with senior stakeholdersFamiliar with using AI tools to enhance content and efficiencyExperience3+ years in content, marketing, or a related roleExperience in B2B marketing, consulting, or professional servicesProven experience managing end-to-end content or campaign deliveryExperience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter expertsDemonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsTrack record of delivering high-quality output consistently and at pace
