Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

This independent CRNA position offers near $400K with some extra call. This will include a $375K base with additional income for available/optional extra call. The schedule includes 7 weeks off annually, holidays when not on call, and light callbacks, giving you the ability to maintain a balanced lifestyle while still having the opportunity to earn more when it suits you. It s an ideal setup for providers who want control over both their time and income.
You ll practice in a CRNA-only environment with full autonomy, supported by a collegial and experienced team. The case mix includes general, ortho, GI, OB, and more offering variety without overwhelming complexity. Located in a relaxed Central Texas Hill Country setting, this is a is a good fit for people who enjoy a close-knit community with local events and hometown traditions. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to explore nature and enjoy wide-open spaces.
