Step into ownership of an established periodontal practice built by Dr. J. Brent Bartruff, who has proudly served the community since 2001 and is committed to supporting a successful transition. Coastal Periodontics offers a rare opportunity to build equity from day one while providing comprehensive periodontal and implant care in a respected specialty practice along Florida's Emerald Coast.

We are seeking an experienced Periodontist interested in more than a traditional associate role. With clinical autonomy, a long-tenured team, and mentorship throughout the ownership transition, this opportunity is ideal for a doctor looking to continue a legacy of exceptional patient care while growing as a practice owner.

Practice Highlights

Up to $25,000 sign-on and relocation assistance
$450,000+ chairside/base
Immediate ownership opportunity with equity available and a six-month transition plan alongside the current owner
2800 active patients with over a 96% collections rate
Established referral relationships throughout the Fort Walton Beach and Emerald Coast communities
CBCT technology, laser therapy, and modern technology throughout the practice
Long-tenured team, including staff members who have been with the practice for more than 40 years

Position Details

Full-time, five-day-per-week opportunity
100% Clinical Autonomy
Perform implant placement, soft tissue grafting, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting, flap surgery, guided tissue regeneration, extractions, and sedation procedures
Opportunity to work alongside Dr. Bartruff during a structured ownership transition

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of periodontal experience preferred
Strong implant placement and periodontal surgery experience
Desire to build long-term relationships with patients, referral partners, and staff
Interest in practice ownership and long-term growth
