Responsibilities

Oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring our goals for growth and service are met consistently while still producing at high levels.

Coach and develop team members, helping them refine their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Manage complex policy inquiries and serve as a final point of contact for clients needing extra support.

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and adjust our approach accordingly.

Collaborate with agency leadership to implement new sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Foster a positive, encouraging office culture where everyone feels supported in their professional goals.

Requirements

Active Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas Property Casualty including Motor Club.

Three or more years of experience in sales management preferably the insurance industry with a clear understanding of coverage types.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small group of sales professionals.

High level of proficiency with the Allstate Agency management systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities throughout the day.

Natural aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution within a busy office setting.
