Shift: Full-Time

At Eagle Ridge Post Acute , we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing Physical Therapy services to our residents.

Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
