About the Role

West Town Monona Tire Company is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians and Auto Mechanics who want consistent hours, strong income potential, and a shop that’s organized and built for success.

We’re looking for:

• A-Level Technicians with strong diagnostic ability
• Strong B-Level Technicians ready to continue growing into diagnostics

Whether you specialize in drivability, electrical, or general repair work, you’ll have the support, workflow, and volume needed to succeed.

Multiple technicians on our team are currently earning six figures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Handle check engine lights, noise concerns, and general repairs
• Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately
• Work on a wide range of vehicles (European vehicle experience is a plus)
• Maintain strong productivity and quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability for A-Level candidates
• Solid repair foundation and willingness to grow for B-Level candidates
• European vehicle experience (BMW, Land Rover, etc.) is a plus
• Reliable, productive, and team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and professionalism

Compensation & Pay Structure

• $70K–$100K+ expected annual earnings
• Top performers earning $120K+
• 100% flat rate with a 40-hour weekly guarantee
