Overview Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver at Dungarvin. You will work directly with people in need of assistance and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care : Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, while fostering independence. Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean, safe space that supports residents in reaching their personal goals. Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
