Skilled Trades & Production Opportunities – Owatonna, MN

Adecco is partnering with a growing employer in Owatonna, MN to hire multiple Skilled Trades and Production professionals . These are full-time, 1st shift roles in an indoor work environment with steady hours and long-term potential.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, skilled trades, or manufacturing who are looking for consistent schedules and reliable work .

Open Positions Include:

• Carpenter (Framing)

• Interior Trim Installer

• Drywall Finisher / Painter

• Flooring Installer

• Cabinet Installer

• General Install / Production Roles (Insulation, Sheathing, Decking)

• Electrician / Electrical Technician

• Plumber

• Material Handler / Production Support

• Final Finish / Clean

Key Responsibilities (vary by role):

• Assemble and install structural, finish, electrical, plumbing, or flooring components

• Read measurements, drawings, or instructions

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17/hour up to $30/hour (based on role and experience)

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday

  • 1st shift (typically 7:00am–3:30pm )

  • No nights or weekends for most roles

Pay Details: $17.00 to $30.00 per hour
