Job TitleLocal Rate Differential... Certifications required in hand and cannot be expiring... REQUIRED: Must be Certified with 2 years of experience... Must be a Certified Registered Central Service Tech (CRCST) issued by IAHCSMM or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) issued by CBSPD Schedule: Thursday-Monday... Floating Required: Traveler will float between TJUH and Honickman campus (3 min walk)... RTO required upon submission... Additional: Education & Training: High school graduate or GED required. Successful completion of an approved central processing course... Knowledge of Operating Room instrumentation REQUIRED... Ability to follow oral and written instructions REQUIRED... Ability to maintain records and label items... Physical stamina to stand for long periods... Additional: Under general supervision of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for sorting, cleaning, packaging and sterilizing items used throughout the hospital... Also responsible for maintenance of instruments, pans, trays and related items for sterilization...
