LIHTC Senior Community Assistant Manager

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 240 unit Senior Community in Citrus Heights, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is full-time, non-exempt, with a salary of $28-$31 per hour. Candidate will handle LIHTC compliance, leasing inquiries, resident file maintenance and rent posting while supporting financial review and vendor coordination.
