Immigration Analyst, Senior
As part of Global Mobility (GM) team, the Senior Immigration Analyst plays a critical role in supporting PERM-based recruitment and labor market testing in alignment with U.S. immigration requirements. This position sits within Global Mobility and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Legal, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and well-documented PERM recruitment processes.
This role combines operational execution, compliance rigor, and stakeholder partnership, serving as a subject matter resource for PERM recruitment activities while supporting continuous improvement of related processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage PERM recruitment and labor market testing activities, including the creation and oversight of TA requisitions required for PERM compliance.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility colleagues, hiring managers, Legal, and external immigration counsel to support end-to-end PERM recruitment processes.
• Ensure all recruitment steps meet Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Qualify and disposition candidates in accordance with PERM regulations and document recruitment outcomes accurately and consistently.
• Complete and coordinate required immigration and recruitment documentation, working with internal partners and outside counsel as needed.
• Monitor timelines, recruitment outcomes, and compliance checkpoints to support successful PERM filings.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements, including business validation and testing when changes impact PERM or related TA workflows.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of evolving immigration regulations and labor market testing requirements, applying updates to operational practices.
• Build effective cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on PERM recruitment compliance and execution.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience supporting PERM recruitment and/or employment-based immigration processes, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and labor market testing best practices; experience working with external immigration counsel strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting and talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline in a regulated environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Global Mobility, TA, Legal, and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance and service quality.
