Management Assistant

Job Title

Performs moderately complex administrative support duties requiring knowledge of departmental operations.

Work includes document preparation, recordkeeping, budget and accounting support, meeting coordination, calendar management, customer service, and response to public and staff inquiries.

Journey-level administrative support classification requiring independent judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Equivalent to completion of high school and four (4) years of increasingly responsible administrative or clerical experience involving frequent public contact.

The hiring rate for this position is $31.43 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
