Leasing Specialist

Conlin Properties has an opening for a part time Leasing Specialist at our Clock Tower location in Marshalltown, Iowa. This person would greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments and answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly. Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify prospective resident of results in a timely manner will also be part of the daily routine. This person would participate in ongoing resident relations, accept service requests from residents and route to maintenance department for prompt processing, conduct follow up calls and enter daily activity in the computer system.

Prior apartment leasing experience is preferred and excellent customer service experience along with a strong attention to details is also preferred. Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to multi-task will also be greatly appreciated. Genuinely enjoy helping others and working with the public is the type of person we are looking for. Again, this is a part time position with a wonderful company that has been in business for over 56 years and the complex in Marshalltown is a new Senior facility. Our corpforate office is located in Des Moines and will offer plenty of support for this position.
