Service Area This Home Health Physical Therapist position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload What You'll Earn

• 60 per visit, full time or part time
• 50 for supervisory visits
• 100 per evaluation

We welcome PTs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for more autonomy Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and evaluations A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care Open to full time or part time.
