Gurley Leep is a family-owned automotive group with three CARSTAR Collision Centers in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend. We are growing and looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator who knows collision repair, understands the estimating process, and can get the job done.

If you know how to write a complete estimate, manage supplements, work with insurance companies, communicate with customers, and keep repairs moving — we want to talk to you.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of collision estimating experience in a collision center or dealership
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
DealerTrack experience preferred
Experience with CCC, Mitchell, PartsTrader, preferred
