What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests entering the office. Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes through the onsite visitor management kiosk, ensuring all established access procedures are followed. Monitor and maintain access control, including verifying that visitors are properly authorized and escorted by a CDW employee when required. Issue, manage, and monitor employee and visitor keycard access. Monitor CCTV systems to help maintain a safe and secure office environment. Manage the front desk phone and provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors.
