This position will provide human resource services, including assistance with recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, benefits administration, employee development and training, safety, and employee services.The Human Resources Coordinator maintains employee records and works closely in collaboration with the company's managers, supervisors and HR Manager/Generalist.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to independently perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.Inputs data into HR information system, including attendance and other HR informationAssists in recruiting and onboarding new employeesAssists employees with benefit enrollment and payroll issuesPrepares HR departmental reports upon request of HR staffGathers personnel file documents and uploads personnel and medical filesOperates office equipment, such as personal computers, calculators, printers, and scannersProcesses attendance forms and personnel action formsTracks and supports leave requestsProcesses annual employee assessments and evaluationsAssists with employee recognition programsAssists with monitoring of onsite drug screensFacilitates virtual training as neededServes as a backup coordinator for other locationsQualificationsThe following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalency test/GED1+ year(s) experience in administration or human resourcesAbility to work both alone and in a team environmentAbility to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writingExcellent computer skills in applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and CanvaAbility to receive and interpret information and communicate it accordinglyAbility to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality with sensitive informationPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in HR or related field3+ years experience in Human ResourcesExperience using ADPWork Environment and Physical RequirementsWork EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
