Senior Consultant, Workiva Data Management

A growing consulting and advisory firm focused on enterprise performance management, financial reporting transformation, and automation solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Workiva Wdata expertise to join its expanding practice. This role will support complex client engagements focused on reporting automation, data transformation, and scalable financial reporting solutions across alternative investment clients. Responsibilities Lead implementation and optimization efforts within Workiva Wdata environments. Partner with clients to gather business and reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design and enhance Wdata pipelines, chains, tables, connectors, and transformations. Support full lifecycle implementations including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go live support. Evaluate existing reporting and automation processes to identify opportunities for improved scalability, maintainability, and efficiency. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders across finance, accounting, operations, and technology teams. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall practice development. Requirements 4+ years of consulting or relevant finance transformation experience. Hands‑on experience with Workiva Wdata required. Workiva Wdata Certification strongly preferred. Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle Workiva or comparable EPM implementation. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, relational structures, and reporting automation. Experience integrating ERP, GL, CRM, or warehouse data into centralized reporting environments. Proficiency with SQL and data transformation logic. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bruin
